I have been with the company a while now. I am writing this review because I think our interview process is too long. Itg takes an average of 5 days after you apply to get a call. 1st an over the phone interview is done then they bring you in for a face to face one. Then if they like you they will ask you for 3 references or more. I highly suggest giving more than 3. If we can't get a hold of 3 at least you will not be hired. Then a back check is done. Then you are phoned and asked to come in to Orientation (your first paid day). This process starts with you strictly applying online only. An online application that includes a behavioral test. If the test is not passed you will not be called. The test does not tell you if you passed or failed. On average this process takes a week and a half to two weeks before you are called to come in for Orientation (your first paid day). In my town this takes too long because you can walk in anywhere else and start on the spot or next day.

There was no one really difficult question it is more about attitude and truth in your answers. They are very generic questions. Like " Give me a time you went above and beyond at work"
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.
Group interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers.
Interviewers were friendly, asked behavioral questions, availability and so on.
Also asked about the aspirations and why choosing this company. Also had to describe scenarios and how you handle them.

3 stage interview gradually movie up in seniority levels. Just be a natural changer you’ll do fine. God speed and good luck party people. Thirty words is a bit much for a basic job
