Walmart Self-Checkout Host interview questions

I interviewed at Walmart Canada for a Self Checkout Host/ Cashier role. I was asked to be present at the store and there will be a group discussion. - The Assistant Manager (hiring manager) will ask all of the group members to introduce themselves. - It helps if you know someone who is currently working over there. - There will be a role-play exercise. A page with prompts/information regarding the Walmart Rewards MasterCard will be there. - Decent communication skill, and enthusiasm will be helpful.

No interview process. I was brought in for an interview and ended up being hired without one on the spot. I filled out paperwork and began that day without speaking to someone in any kind of interview capacity.
