My overall experience took a downturn during the final interview, when I was interviewed by the founding partner. He was notably rude - he interrupted me and hardly looked at me. I didn't feel respected at all.
Additionally, there was a concerning privacy issue. The person who was eventually hired for the position viewed my LinkedIn profile. I don't know how they knew that I was also interviewing for the spot - but this interview process is clearly not designed in a way that protects your privacy.
