The three-part interview process entailed a one-on-one interview with the manager, an online based personality test and a C.E.O interview. The interviewers were kind, courteous, and passionate about their work. The interview setting was very relaxed and this helped to dissipate some of the tension that I was feeling. The first interview lasted around 20 minutes, the personality quiz took 45 minutes while the last interview lasted 20 minutes as well. At the conclusion of the process, the manager promised to keep me informed.
Well, I was never informed of anything. I only found out that the position had been filled by searching online . They didn't even send me a form rejection e-mail!. The entire process left a bad taste in my mouth, needless to say, I will not be applying to any openings in this company in the future.
