No induction, no training, no database or system for cold calling. Just sit near another poor employee and listen to a couple calls. Just go on google/gumtree/white pages and pick random businesses to call. No script provided, no specifics on the (nonexistent) newspapers and ugly, dated websites they want you to sell ad-space for.
