The process began with a phone interview followed by what they call a written interview. The written interview was just answering a few questions so that they could check your writing skills. Next there was an in-person interview, a brief test on spelling and grammar, and a few basic math questions. The third interview was with the hiring manager for the department and two others. A brief presentation also took place during this phase (it wasn't as bad as it sounds). Very upbeat people, the process moved quickly and efficiently until after the final interview. Overall a positive experience.
