They were very nice and really explained what the job would entail. I learned about how the internship would run and what skills I would need to know prior. I also was told all of the things I would learn throughout.

The first round is the phone call interview, some general questions and behavior questions are asked, and interviewee will give you some basic information about the role and responsibility, such as salaries, start time, etc.

It was a quick 20 minute interview, the person interviewing was not prepared or have questions ready in advance. He was on his phone throughout the video call texting, clearly unengaged.
