The interview process was internal and relatively fast. Though no positions were lined up during my promotion, they have many open positions at a given time. Normally in August or a few weeks after New Years is when everything kicks up. Interview was normal with standard questions, emphasis on creative problem solving and client management.
One on one interviews with members from the team you're interviewing for. Fairly quick interview progress. If you are given an offer you have a short turnaround time to decide.

Interview
Lovely to have someone from the HR team check in throughout every stage of the interview process. I had an initial call with someone from HR, one virtual interview and an in person interview. The task was nice and easy too.
