I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (Sudbury, ON) in Apr 2019
Interview
You meet 2-3 people sitting at a table , one is from Hr, one is usually the chief and the other can be an officer or manager. They rotate questions regarding your knowledge of the land, First Nations, personality based questions, moral dilemma questions, the whole is done in a very professional and friendly setting. They make sure you’re comfortable and they listen to you. It was a great process.
