Phone call, email, then full-day in person projects.
Basically, they just suck a ton of value from your, don't pay you anything for it, and don't give you any feedback whatsoever after wasting away multiple days. I had to miss multiple days of work for this and all I got in return was giving away my free labor. Absolutely pathetic. They couldn't even be bothered to call me to deny me or give me any explanation whatsoever. They completely ignored my attempts to speak with them. Let me reinforce the fact that this is how I was treated after missing almost an entire week of work to just give away my labor for free. Awesome.
They treat their customers like crap, so it's not surprise that they have zero empathy for the people they hire. Anyone who has every experienced good customer service will be absolutely disgusted as how this company treats it's customers.

Email response, after applying online then interview at their loft masquerading as office with founder and co-founder. Rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate of others time. I haven't been treated this poorly by a potential employer ever. Run away. The about us of their website hints at their lack of professionalism, that should have been my first cue to not respond to these rank amateurs.
