I have interviewed twice on the phone with Wegmans. I have to say it is the oddest interview I have ever done in my life. It felt very unpersonable. Which made you think they really didn't want to talk to you. I have 10 years expirence in distribution centers, resturants and was an assistant manager at a grocery store and still did not make the cut.
