Phone interview, then in-person interview. If they want you, they are very quick through the hiring process and contact frequently. Your first day on the job will be a paid walkthrough of the store, and you get to meet your managers as well as the people who were hired at the same time as you.
Some interview tips - dress appropriately (business attire), clean nails, hair pulled back etc
easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
