very robotic. I found it off-putting to have no interaction with the hiring team. Three interviews, all with the same questions, all with the interviewer simply typing in answers without comment or interaction. I prefer interviews where there is some human conversation, some give and take that lets you know how your answers are being perceived. If they are just going to record your answers, I think it would be better to do an online or virtual interview, especially during a pandemic. Instead I had to drive back and forth three times and I didn't even get an offer for the job I applied for. I do not recommend interviewing with this company.

Interview
It was a phone interview and very straightforward, read from a script process. Very general about past work experience, willingness to work all times store is open, including nights, weekends and holidays. Salary expectations
