easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Very easy and laid back interview. As long as you can keep a conversation you should be good. They try not to intimidate you. The questions are easy and if you seem generally interested in joining the company you will get the job. It was a 1 on 1 interview and they asked simply questions about experience within the customer service field.

Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
