After I applied, I received an email to self-schedule time with a recruiter for a 45-minute phone interview. I was disappointed by how I was treated like a number, not a person, given the company's focus on people. I felt like I was being interrogated not interviewed. The clickty clack of his keyboard trying to record every word I said was very distracting and he just asked questions like a robot. I ended up withdrawing my application. So disappointing.

The recruiter called me a minute or two after the specified interview time and asked a lot of questions. These questions were very specific and there were many in depth questions. The interview lasted for an hour, and the recruiter made sure each question was answered fully.
