Welia Health interview questions

I interviewed with a recruiter and the Hiring Manager and both individuals could not tell me what the salary range was, yet asked me what I was currently making. First off, you are not to ask how much a candidate makes, and secondly, they should know what the salary range is. At the end, I was flat out told that they were not in a hurry to fill the role and they were looking for the perfect candidate. Ummm there is no such thing as a "perfect candidate" AND this role had been open since March of 2022. It's now August of 2023. Good luck with filling the role.
