This interview process was super straight forward with 2 tasks. The tasks included newsletter design, presenting a partnership concept and creating sample content. I interviewed with the CEO and with the head of design as well.

Interview
A straightforward phone interview. Was asked behavioral questions. The interviewer was friendly and open. Typical behavioral questions as well as company fit questions were asked. The interview was delayed a bit, but overall casual experience.
