The interview process took over a month and was very straightforward.
Step 1: Phone screen with recruiter to discover what your needs are and your desired location. If you're a good fit, they will set up a second interview with someone in the location you'll be interviewing for.
Step 2: Talking with someone at the company. Mine was with a software engineer since I was interviewing for a technical position. He was a bit hard to read over the phone, but it was basically going through your resume and talking about your experiences. Get ready to talk about every major technical project you've worked on. This lasted about 30 minutes.
Step 3: On-site interview. If you make it past the second call, you will be invited to visit their office for an entire day of interviewing. It consists of 4 interviews. 30 min values interview, 30 min behavioral interview, 45 min skills interview, 45 case interview. The values and behavioral are very conversational and are with experienced consultants. The skills interview was about my technical skills and was very similar to the phone screen interview with the software engineer. The case interview was not what I was expecting as I expected to be more business centered. But it wasn't that bad, just make sure you talk through your process and ask clarifying questions. After these interviews, you go to lunch with 2 new hires at the company. This isn't an interview at all. It's mainly an opportunity for you to ask questions about the company and the culture.
Step 4: This does not happen for everyone, but they may set up 2 more calls to gain more clarity about you and what you're looking for in a job post grad. I appreciated that they gave me the opportunity to address any concerns that they had about me and didn't just reject me on the spot.
I got the call with the offer a week later.
