At the time interview went well but process changed when new Admin came one. Admin very controlling now days and can't hire without their ok. Felt like you had to be one of them before you could move up in the company

Interview
First there was a phone interview/screening. I got called in a few days later to come in for an in person interview. After the first interview, I got called in for a second interview and was hired within just a few days.
