What do you look for in an applicant?

Generally speaking I look through their work history; do they turn over a lot jobs or do they have none at all. I love taking on individuals who have no work experience because it gives me an opportunity to mold them into what the company wants. Beyond that, I really look into how they interact in group interviews. I almost always do group interviews because I love to see who is confident enough to speak out and who just sits there. I look for individuals who are go-getters and tackle anything with a positive attitude.
