Very negative experience. The interview process takes months. Everyone seems very disorganized. Takes forever long to reply to mails and messages. Interview process was strange and not like anything before I've experience. I don't want to wait weeks between replies and months to know theyre not hiring me. I would avoid interviewing here.

This company does neat things and fills a niche, its employees seem nice enough but the interview process was disappointing. The boss has built something cool and he's kind but he may be a little in his own world. I understand why he would want to be part of the interview process, but maybe for non-IT related interviews just the last-stage interview is best, rather than participating in the first-stage interview too. The boss & one of the longest-serving employees will give you the first interview together and they were easy to talk to and pleasant. But the questions...there were way too many, like way way too many. Eventually they said that my answers were too long for how many questions they want to ask...well, maybe tell me beforehand that there are 70 questions for a different result? Anyone interviewing won't know that unless you make it clear to them from the beginning, and why wouldn't an interviewee give detailed responses?? Most disappointing was that the questions seemed very fluffy, non-substantive, a bit too theoretical and all over the place. I also was turned off by the fact that I got a "We take our shoes off here" as a greeting/first-impression instead of a simple "Hello".
