Spoke to the head of compliance. Very pleasant. Seemed not as Focused as one would hope for in a manager. Didn’t matter. I was interested in The role but it’s a small team so be prepared for that.

Set up an in person interview-super casual vibe about the whole thing. Met with the CRO, who is incredibly friendly. Felt more like a conversation than an interview-I was comfortable the whole time.
