The interview process was all on the phone. There was no interaction with anyone or through a phone call. Most of what they need is submitted electronically and you just have to go in to sign some documents.

They took a month to call me for an interview but if they do you are most likely hired. Remember to be on time, and although there is no dress code, wear appropriate clothes

This was a very easy process for me. I did not have to do an interview. I just applied for the job online and was offered the position on the same day.
