I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Walnut Creek, CA) in May 2021
Interview
At the job hiring event, you're asked to do an online assessment which basically gives you cases with customers and with your coworkers and it's multiple choice and answer the BEST thing to do. There are people who fail this assessment and don't move forward but once you're pass that then you are asked basic interview questions and then fill out a form with the team/s you want to possibly work with and then they describe the type of job you do. After that, you speak with the supervisor of the team and they kinda already show you around the store of things you will be doing. It's a pretty fast process but the assessment itself did take some time.
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What days are you available to work? Any vacations coming up?
VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
