Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.

First there was a phone screening, they asked why I was interested in working at whole foods market. After the phone interview, I was asked to come in for a formal interview where the manager asked basic questions about past work experiences ( difficulties/ failures/successes)

Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.
