After my application was reviewed, I received an email from the manager. It was very easy to set up a time to meet at the location. It was very laid back but professional. I felt very comfortable and had great conversation.

Why do you want to work at Whole Foods? What about our mission do you align with?
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
