Applied online and scheduled a first round interview. I was told there would be 3 rounds of interviews total. Only made it through the first round interview which lasted about 30 minutes.
The 1:1 zoom interview was with Jen Perrone the managing director. I was very excited for the opportunity but during the interview she wanted to get through the questions as quickly as possible. It was the end of her day and she was a couple minutes late from a previous call. Having back to back calls is exhausting and I totally get it.
Perhaps if it would have been earlier in the day it would have been easier to engage with her.
