The initial interview was a 15-minute virtual meeting, and the hiring manager was very friendly. There was a good balance between them learning about me and my experience, and me learning about the brand and work environment.

The interview process included a screening call, a call with the General Manager an Assessment Centre (AC). The interviews each lasted 15-30 min and the AC took 4 hours which included team activities and an individual interview with the HR manager and CMO. Overall, the process was incredibly well organised and structured, with relevant interview questions and team activities.
