Over a duration of 2 days, devoting 2 hours in the process and getting no reply from HR, has to hurt. Constant repetition of the question and reiterating myself to get my point across while answering the same question again through similar reframed questions. While looking for a job, time plenty yet one feels they are running out of time. Involving in such a process, working hard on an assessment or assignment and not receiving even a generative update email , makes an inexperience invaluable.
