Win Without War interview questions

It was a phone interview! The questions asked were more conversational and it was a very comfortable interview. Sometimes phone interviews could feel awkward and forced but it didn't feel that way at all.

Initial phone interview, skills test (writing). 45 min phone call, with background info and typical interview questions (weaknesses/strengths, etc) Skills test was a writing sample on a prompt and heard back in two weeks. Overall, good experience.
