Winning Scotland interview questions

Very unclear job description and very uncomfortable interview - they gave a task of describe the first 3 months in this role - very difficult to do when the job description was unclear and vague. Interviewers were fine, not sure my experience suited the role but felt quite uncomfortable as they asked for more specificity in sections but really unsure on how you can provide that when the job described is unclear. They pushed me several times to describe what I specifically had done in situations rather than as part of a team which is frustrating as it felt disingeniuous to describe projects as solely my own work which was untrue. Overall left me unsure and confused about what the role was and glad to not get an offer. Pay seemed good for the role.
