Very informal, It was a 2 stage process with an excel test during the second interview. The interview was fine. However, the company provides very little feedback after the interview.

2-part interview with line manager and head of department. Open conversation with specific questions to gauge experience level. Fair interviewing and at times challenging but very open and transparent with expectations which reflect on how the job actually is, now I have experienced it.
