Interview
First stage you meet the tech lead and have a quick general chat.
Second stage Technical test just asking questions about React, walk through a simple frontend problem and code up a solution locally.
Third stage Meet wider team for culture fit.
Booked in time for an first interview. I took the time out of my day for the call, anndddddd woosh, no call. I followed up with an email to reschedule - bada-bing-bada-boom ghosted.
