Interview
A agency person sends a message on LinkedIn requesting you to be placed directly with WAVE. The HR, Test Engineering Manager are very good in communication. The process lasted two weeks. First call with HR, 1 hour interview with hiring manager, then a panel interview of 1 hour with test engineering manager, Director of Engineering and Director of Manufacturing. The HR returns the results quickly in a day or two which is good.
