Process was fine, asked different questions about my experience. Asked about sales approach and account management experience. Asked a few questions about how to handle specific situations. Asked if I had any trade show experience. Had a couple of rounds of interviews before they made an offer.

Question 1
How many years experience do you have in selling medical supplies?
Staff was polite, but when the owner came was condescending and rude. they asked the typical questions and give you a paper exam testing your cognitive skills. AVOID this place at all costs! High turnover in Accounting Dept.

Interview
The interview was with a recruiter. The interview was not difficult just felt long and somewhat interrogation styled. Note there is an aptitude test given which was based on how many questions you could answer correctly in a short period of time. The recruiter needs to have more personality and not so robotic style. No offer I guess I should’ve lied on the aptitude test
