I had an average experience during the interview process. The conversation was professional and the questions were as expected, but the follow-up was disappointing. I was told I would be contacted regarding the next steps, but unfortunately, I did not receive any communication. A little more transparency and follow-through would have been appreciated to provide closure to the process.
