Jim Cirillo is a very calm person and likes to laugh. He didn't really care for the formality of the question answer session so much as he wanted to have a natural conversation. He asked me about my reference. I found the position through my mentor, who called Jim and left him a voicemail with my information. He called me directly and I had an interview in a couple of days.
He said that my background in hospitality was impressive and asked me to describe the experience at the front desk. I used to work for a fancy brand and he compared that experience with what the Club was going to be like. He also asked about my family and school.
