I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Womenspace
Interview
Good questions, well rounded interview. Interviewers had an interesting group of questions, it was apparent that they cared a great deal about the employee potentially being hired being a good fit.m

Question 1
What kind of effects does domestic violence have on children?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Womenspace
Interview
Initial call was to schedule interview. May take over a week to schedule since interview is with three different agencies.
Interview was one hour, formal, with panel of four from various agencies that work with Womenspace.
Questions are not of your classic interview set. It helps to know how law enforcement, Kids First, parole, etc all work with Womenspace. Read up on domestic violence beforehand. Have a good idea of its implications/effects on community.

Question 1
How might you respond to a law enforcement officer that has a different view of domestic violence than Womenspace?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Womenspace in Dec 2015
Interview
Two people conducted the interview. There were several questions regarding intimate partner violence, advocacy, and general social services.
I didn't get an offer, but they called in a timely manner to thank me, encourage me to apply again, etc., which is (sadly) more than many employers bother to do. I would recommend people apply here; I'll apply again--they have a great reputation in town as both an employer and service provider. The pay grades aren't spectacular, but aren't unreasonable as far as non-profits go. While I wish I had gotten the job, of course, the interview process was not awful and was good practice for my job hunt.
