I applied online. I interviewed at Work With Data in Sept 2023
Interview
It was a positive interview process and moved quickly - I was invited for an initial 15 minute call to start with. This was with the Data Lead - it included introductions, a intro to the make-up of the company, some brief questions about experience, and salary expectations. I also had the chance to ask questions. The rest of the application process was described then - a 1hr call with the co-founder/CTO, a take-home assessment, and final stage is a informal chat with the other co-founder/CEO. The second interview lasted an hour and was with the co-founder / CTO and the Data Lead. We started with introductions, followed by a series of questions about previous experiences iny roles - nothing surprising came up, questions about how I've worked with data quality previously and some behavioural interview questions. There was time for questions from myself at the end. On the same day after the interview I was given the news that they wouldn't be proceeding with me, and some comments as to why.
