I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Workers Defense Project (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2025
Interview
I applied online on 01/02/25 after seeing the position on Idealist and heard back on January 01/13/25 to schedule the first interview. I had my interview on 01/16/25 with 2 of the three people I was supposed to have the interview with. I was supposed to have a video interview but we had to change it to a phone interview. The interview lasted a little more than an hour with me asking questions at the end. Part of the interview was in Spanish and I was told about it at the beginning of the interview. At the end, I was told I would hear back about scheduling a second interview. The questions were actually really thoughtful/well-prepared.
