Brief phone interview, then two in-person interviews with both management and current staff. You will meet some of your potential team-mates, managers, and the CEO before being hired. They look for people with a team-oriented mentality, who will fit in with their dynamic team, and who will be able to pick up a variety of skills quickly. The interview appears and feels casual, but they are looking closely at how you interact. They are also interested in your hobbies, interests, and other tangential skills that you can bring to the table.
