In overall the whole process was ok, people are nice and do not create stressful atmosphere. I don't really understand why do they need so many steps to go through. I also had a feeling like the first recruiter( phone screen) doesn't really know what kind of job is it.

dopo il secondo colloquio non mi avrebbero fatto sapere nulla se non mi fossi fatto vivo io (ormai prassi deprecabile)
