Interview
The interview takes 2 stages, one direct technical interview with the director and one software (Solidworks) test. The profile they look for used to be with a good understanding of manufacturing because in the company there are direct contact with the workshop.

Basically, is a kind of conversation, where apart from telling about old projects where you had been working, he shows you pieces, assemblies, or drawings to see how good is your understanding of design and manufacturing.
