      I interviewed at Wyre

      Interview

I was in e-mail communications with both the CEO and hiring manager (VP of Engineering) throughout the entire 2-week process. First was a screening call with the hiring manager. If approved, then a take-home coding test will be sent. I was given a week to work on it, mostly to accommodate any personal time constraints. Once the test was reviewed and approved, we scheduled a 3-hour interview consisting of several rounds with the CEO and other team members. Received feedback and was told that I was one of two candidates that are in final consideration. They requested references to help make their decision. A few days later, I received a call and was told that I was selected as the final candidate. Received the offer the next day and then given 2 days to accept the offer.
