Going over the projects and experience on your resumé with 3 different rounds with all different engineers. Know what you are talking about and get familiar with the company. Be ready for random questions especially behavioral which was something that I found in all three rounds.

Tell us more about *project name * and how was that process.
The interview process began with a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The conversation was engaging, laid-back, and felt very promising overall. The interviewer communicated clearly and indicated that the next step would be an in-person interview, mentioning I would hear back within a week. However, I did not receive any follow-up within that timeframe. After waiting two weeks, I reached out for an update but did not receive a response. The status of my application has remained unchanged since then. I would have appreciated more transparency and communication throughout the process.

Interview
Fairly relaxed. Interview with 2 senior engineers in company that were wholly nontechnical. Mostly questions about willingness to work long hours, ,tell me about yourself, etc. Received offer same week.
