Interview
First step was a screening process. After checking if I was a good match, I moved to a second interview directly with the Engineering Manager asking for this position to be filled. He proceeded to evaluate if I really had a grasp of what the job and industry is about, to which I was able to demonstrate my years of experience on this industry. He evaluated not just technical knowledge, but also the fit in the team.
Liked the process, not wasting time and straight to the point.

Interview
El proceso se divide en:
1. Llamada telefónica con People. Te llaman de imprevisto para poder ver cómo reaccionas y te hacen una primera entrevista corta. Unos 15 mins
2. Entrevista con Manager/Director/Superior. Entrevista presencial con el que sería tu responsable. Más técnica y centrada en el puesto.
3. Última entrevista con People. Persona responsable de tu departamento hace una última entrevista centrada en expectativas de crecimiento, motivación, etc.
4. Si todo ha ido bien y eres el seleccionado. Acuerdo de salario, firma de carta de compromiso.
