Be aware! The recruiter contacted me thru text message, I asked about the schedule and the work set up. I'm actually not that interested because they are in a hybrid setup but the recruiter insisted and hope that I will consider them. No initial interview, but hr scheduled me for a technical interview with their tech dev manager. No one came in the interview, I prepared and gave an effort for the interview but no one showed up and the recruiter didn't bother to tell me. THIS IS A RED FLAG TO ME!
