Standard.
1. recruiter call
2. coderpad / hackerrank thing
3. behavioral w/ VP of unit
4. "on-site" technical round
The entire process was great until the on-site portion. The hackerrank (they use Codility) was straightforward and LC easy/mediums. It all went downhill fast for the on site portion. Two of the interviewers seemed helpful (albeit burnt out) but the third I could only describe as combative and hostile. It started when i was covering my experience and he was making strange faces which started to give me pause. I was really thrown off when we started the live coding portion because he would not let me get a thought in without cutting me off, talking over me, interrupting my thought process the entire time. This was for a junior level position. the third guy wasnt supposed to be on the call so i got the vibe he joined in an effort to short circuit the interview (idk why). All in all, glad it happened, dude seems like a nightmare to work under.
