Phone interview followed my face-to-face interview.
Unprofessional phone interview - they ask for your age, marital status, whether you have medical conditions, your living situation (renting, homeowner etc), they even ask if you have kids they didn’t tell me anything about the role or the company.
It’s worth mentioning that they want new hires to have a-levels and a degree, yet they pay minimum wage… they’re a family-owned company that pay external colleagues minimum wage
I’ve never had such an unprofessional phone interview in my life! They want new hires to start ASAP - do they not realise everyone has a notice period?
