I had a Very straightforward interview. The Interviewers were pleasant and they were also conversational so it didn't really feel like an interview. The Questions were more situational than anything else.

Interview
Applied on the Xerox website on 10/08/2015. Received call from HR and pre screen questionnaire on 10/19/2015. Had phone interview with hiring manager on 10/20/2015. Received offer same day. Started background check on 10/20/2015, went for drug screen and passed drug screen on 10/21/2015. Passed background check on 10/22/2015. Will start on 10/26/2015

Standard interview questions. Went through an initial screening and then a face to face interview. Received an offer about 5 days after the face to face interview and started the on boarding materials
